A Fun Introduction to Artistic Swimming
 
We are excited to invite young swimmers to join our Artistic Swimming Discovery Camp, a fun and playful program designed especially for children who would like to try artistic swimming for the first time.
This camp introduces kids to the beauty of artistic swimming through games, movement, music, and simple water skills, all in a safe and supportive environment.
 
Children will discover how swimming, dance, and creativity come together to create this unique Olympic sport.
 
What Children Will Learn:
• Basic swimming and water confidence
• Simple artistic swimming movements
• Introduction to sculling and floating techniques
• Movement and rhythm in the water
• Fun choreography and creative expression
• Team activities and water games
 
Camp Dates:
July 6 – July 9
July 13 – July 16
 
 
Drop-off: 9:00 – 9:30 AM
 
9:30 – 10:30 AM - Land Training
Warm-up, flexibility exercises, coordination drills, and basic artistic swimming movements on land.
 
10:30 – 11:45 AM - Swimming Session
Water confidence, basic swimming skills, and introduction to artistic swimming techniques.
 
12:00 – 2:00 PM
Lunch & Rest
 
2:00 – 3:00 PM - Creative Land Activities
Creative projects such as painting, mood boards, team projects, masterclasses, workshops, and artistic expression activities.
 
Pick - up: 3:00 - 3:30 PM
